These terms govern your use of EvalDog (the “Service”), operated by The Testing Academy. By using EvalDog you agree to them.
The service
EvalDog lets you upload test cases and receive graded pass/fail evaluations of LLM/RAG outputs, via a web dashboard and a command-line tool. Features and limits may change as the product evolves.
Plans & billing
A free tier is available. Paid plans (e.g. $29/mo) may be offered with features billed in advance and renewing until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; see our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use EvalDog to break the law, infringe rights, or harm others.
- Don’t upload data you don’t have the right to use, or others’ secrets.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its limits.
Your content
You own the test cases, outputs, and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you. We don’t train models on your data.
Intellectual property
The EvalDog name, site, and brand are ours. The evaldog CLI is open source under the MIT license.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Evaluations are a tool to help you catch issues — they are not a guarantee of model quality, safety, or fitness for any purpose. You remain responsible for what you ship.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvalDog and The Testing Academy are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using EvalDog anytime.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
